Signs of Driving Under the Influence


There are certain signs police look for when deciding whether or not to pull someone over on suspicion of driving under the influence. This includes certain driving patterns, as well as certain physical characteristics.

Some of the driving patterns that are suspicious to police looking for drunk drivers include:

  • Hovering over two lanes
  • Weaving through traffic
  • Drifting
  • Making too wide a turn
